This Month's Magazine
What Car?

What Car?

In keeping with our theme this month there is only one car we can feature, the ¬ďAston Martin¬Ē the 007¬ís vehicle.

An Aston Martin combines three important elements: power, beauty and soul, it is a name that needs little introduction. There is a special place in the market and in the hearts of owners for classic sports cars which conform to this ideal; all the same today Aston Martin still is a product of today¬ís technology.  The 'Hand built in England' inscription on the kick plates as you open the door says it all.
The Aston Martin DBS is a 2 door, 6.0-litre V12 powered, race-bred, two-seater shaped by the aerodynamic demands of high performance, with an exquisite interior that marries beautifully hand-finished materials.

This car manages the rare feat of riding the bumps rather well, yet still providing secure, enjoyable handling. Once the excitement of the initial bark of the V12 engine dies away, and when the car is cruising comfortably, there’s little engine or wind noise to disturb, just the gentle rumble from those massive tyres. But for frequent fuel stops, you'll cross continents in comfort. At a cool 160,000 it is within the price you would expect to pay for a car of this calibre.
