Directory Entries
1. Free directory entries on the website are allowed at our discretion.
2. Directory contracts are yearly and are automatically renewed unless otherwise instructed by the advertiser giving 6 weeks notice prior to renewal date.
3. All directory entries contracted for the Web Express Guide printed magazine shall have a corresponding entry free of charge on the website with full support (i.e.: links, images, logos, full substantial description, etc.).
4. Unless paid for or contracted through the printed version of the Web Express Guide magazine, directories shall not be entitled to links to their website. Such entries will also be limited to one or two maximum pertinent classifications.
5. Non contracted online directory entries, unless considered useful information for the public, shall be allowed free for a trial period at the discretion of the company, but subject to the above conditions.
6. Any directory entries shall have the option to pay for the entry online only or contract an entry on the printed magazine which gives entitlement to an equivalent online entry. Any other entry that in our opinion does not justify its presence within the online directory through payment or through usefulness of information (ie: museum) may be limited to name and address only or may be removed altogether.
