Tori no Karaage - Japanese style deep fried chicken nuggets

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation

Put salt and garlic powder on chicken legs and leave them for 10 mins. in a bowl. Dip the chicken legs in the milk after spreading them with flour. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350 degrees and fry the chicken legs for 10 min.
Makes 4 servings.
