Alcohol - all alcoholic drinks can input to gout conditions, especially beers and high volume alcoholic drinks.
Hyperaemic medication - Some diuretics and low dosage aspirin or Nialin can induce Gout attack.

If identified early on and kept under medical surveillance, the prognosis can be positive together with a controlled diet.
