On 6, 7 and 8 of June next, the Wild Red Tuna of Almadraba becomes the star of the gastronomic scene of the Casino Marbella Restaurant.
The Bluefin tuna season begins in early May and lasts until the beginning of July; this is the time when you can taste fresh the best specimens known as "tuna one way", caught in tuna traps near the Strait of Gibraltar, when they make their way through the Mediterranean.
Agustín Román, the Chef at Casino Marbella, has created a tasting menu consisting of seven different preparations with both traditional and innovative techniques: mojama, belly, tataki, tartar, carpaccio, in sauce ... which is your favourite?
The menu will be available exclusively on the days indicated above during dinner hours starting at 8:00 p.m.
The Marbella Casino Restaurant is open every day from 8:00 pm and offers a group menu, tasting menu or a la carte menu. You can also complete the gastronomic experience with a game, as you can organize private Poker and Black Jack tournaments or specific animations for the group.
