Since 2015, Erza, Esteban, Gabriel, Gloria and Nilusi have become the messengers of UNICEF the world’s leading advocate for children’s rights. defending the rights of every child across 190 countries and territories.

Kids United is a French musical group of five children created to support UNICEF campaigns and is sponsored by Hélène Ségara and Corneille, two Francophone singers.
The first album “Un monde meilleur” (A better world) was launched on Universal Children’s Day in 2015, it received gold certification in France. The second album “Tout le bonheur du monde” was even certified 2x platinum.

ROTARY INTERNATIONAL began their partnership with UNICEF in 1988, both organizations, as members of the Global Polio Eradication Initiative have played a fundamental role in dramatically decreasing the number of polio endemic countries.

In 1988, an estimated 350,000 cases of paralytic polio occurred; at that time, polio was endemic in 125 countries. Today, polio remains endemic in only three countries:
Afghanistan, Nigeria and Pakistan. Work continues with the United Nations and other United Nations agencies to make sure all children are on the global agenda.
