TRUS 2014 a wine made with TINTO FINO variety of grapes from own vineyards in Piñel.
The grapes are handpicked so as to ensure they are at the best of their ripeness so as to produce a fresh young wine.
After fermentation in oak vats this wine is aged for 6 months also in oak.
The wine is of a cherry red purply colour, dense but bright and youthful. At first it hints of sweet ripe grapes but as it lingers on the palate is reminds of vanilla, hazelnuts and walnuts with a smoky/spicy finish.
It is best served with lamb, red meats and cheese Best serving temperature: 16/18º - Alcohol 13.5% Vol.
