The Casino Marbella Restaurant presents its new Autumn 2010 Restaurant Menu.

These are new flavours and ideas for an exigent client who appreciates high cuisine and top service.

The Casino Restaurant offers a wide and varied range of samples to snack on, such as grilled white shrimps or hand-carved Iberian Ham. Of course, the starters too present a large variety to please all tastes: pickled partridge in mango chutney, dressed with fresh leaves and cereals, rigatoni in a delicate cheese sauce and porcini mushrooms, roast vegetables in puff pastry with a flavoursome sauce, or you could try the smoked salmon salad rolled with capers, pine nuts, dates with a touch of mustard, for example…


Moving on to the meat and fish, there are several rather tasty options, such as The John Dory fillet on a bed of risotto seasoned with
mushrooms and flakes of crispy Parmesan or cod fillet on smoked purée, black olives and orange sauce. Our original lamb kebab with
yoghurt sauce, toasted leaven bread and small garden salad or veal sirloin accompanied by baked potato, cheese mousse are but some
tasty examples of what is on the menu.

What kind of a meal would it be without a good dessert?
Here you can enjoy the hot chocolate pastry with vanilla ice cream, coffee flavoured crème brûlée and… much more.
