With an Ace of clubs and a five of hearts, Margaret Anne Shilliam was declared winner of the first tournament of the Azartia league that took place at the Casino Marbella on Tuesday the 2nd of February.
She pocketed 5,750 and 47 points on the league. After some eight hours play, José David Amillata gained second place with 33 points and 3,760. Marco Palazón gained third place and a prize of 2,090 and 27 points.
As many as 63 players kicked off the Azartia Lleague at the Casino Marbella. Furthermore, on buy-in of 50, there were a total of 20 simple re-buys and 137 doubles creating a prize pool of 16,065.
