SLEEP -
Are you getting enough sleep? Ensuring that you get eight hours of sleep a night may help fight off colds and flu. According to a recent study in America, insomniacs have fewer infection-fighting cells than people who are well rested. If you have trouble nodding off, ask your chemist for a drug free approach to temporary sleeplessness.
