Massala Value for money

Massala are probably the best value for food on a Sunday!

REGRETFULLY THIS RESTAURANT HAS CLOSED DOWN

Where do you go for the best value, great food on a Sunday?

From the 30th of October Massala Indian restaurant at Sabinillas playa has introduced an “eat as much as you like” buffet.

Between 1.30-3.30 on Sunday and 7pm-12 Wednesday, for just 10 euros a head and 5 euro for children under ten, you can enjoy somewhere in the region of 12 dishes, which will be changed regularly to offer a greater choice.

Besides all your old favourites; Tika Massala, Lamb Bhuna and Chicken Pakora, to name just a few you can also sample some of the house specials that you might not otherwise try.

New chef Sirazul Haque has been in Spain for four months, having previously worked in East London, he has been a chef for 15 years and this shows in the quality of the food. Assistant chef Mohamed Nazrul worked in Paris for eight years before moving to Spain and the two men run a happy and efficient kitchen.

After trying the buffet, we spoke to owner Foez Haque, who told us he will be extending the service to Tuesday and Thursday evenings from December for the duration of winter.

Massala offers a great choice of food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the buffet specials promise to become a popular venue for those seeking great food at outstanding value.
