Kjell was born in 1949 in Nykoping Sweden; his career in art began 35 years ago.
He is a professional artist and trained with the Swedish pottery industries, at the University College of Arts, Craft and Design in Stockholm. Kjell has also taken additional studies in the USA and Canada.
Kjell has a workshop in Mora, where he creates his spectacular sculptures in glass, stoneware, bronze and concrete. His art is a blend of reality and creation, a combination of truth and imagination. That which did not previously exist, suddenly comes to life and shines as it meets the light from the rooms windows. To physically view Kjells art is an experience that the eye, memory and soul will not easily forget. He has held exhibitions in Sweden, Germany, France and Spain.
