This month's recipe is: Sangria Punch

We just have to mention “Sangria”. If you live or visit Spain you must try it. It refreshes you, it provides food in the way of fruit and… it is alcoholic!

If you try it in a bar or restaurant, it is often not done as it should be, as you cannot be wise to what you donÂ’t know. So before you pass on judgement and decide you do not like it, make your own first and then pass judgement.

Ingredients (4/6 persons)
Juice from 1 lime
Juice from 2 oranges
1/4 cup sugar
1 shot brandy
1 shot gin
1 bottle dry red wine
Slices of lime and orange
Fresh peach slices or strawberries or pineapple,
or cantaloupe melon.
10 ounces (300 ml) of chilled soda water
Ice cubes
