If you're looking for an osteopath, chiropractor or physiotherapist then we can help you.

We are committed to giving the highest standard of care in a friendly environment so you can be confident that we will do the very best for you.  Our aim is to get you back to full, pain-free health as quickly as possible and provide you with the 'tools' to keep it that way.

Our patients include the elderly, babies & children, expectant mothers, office and manual workers and sports people. We treat a wide range of conditions including, neck and back pain, sciatica and trapped nerves, joint pain, sports injuries, posture changes during pregnancy, and problems caused by work and driving strain.

Osteopathy is recognised by most healthcare providers allowing you to claim back the cost of your treatment.
Health providers include Bupa International, AXA PPP, HSA and LAMP.  Osteopathy may be covered by other insurance companies not listed here so please contact your provider to confirm your policy cover.

If youÂ’re not sure if Osteopathy is right for you then take advantage of our FREE SPINAL/INJURY CHECK. We will do a thorough assessment which will give a diagnosis, and we can then discuss the options available to you. No treatment is given during this session.

We regularly update our ‘blogs’ which are full of useful information and answer the questions which are often asked by our patients. These include information on understanding sciatica, ‘slipped’ discs, core stability and explaining the ‘cracking’ noise that joints make.

Our Osteopath, Joma Ormrod, qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008 and has recently completed her post-graduate diploma in cranial osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College. She is a keen sports-woman, visits the gym regularly and believes that core stability, balanced muscle strength and flexibility are the key to injury rehabilitation and also injury prevention.

We are fully registered in the UK with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association.
