This month’s recipe is: Honey and Soy glazed Salmon

Let's get away from the traditional lamb and try some Salmon!


  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 Tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 170gms Salmon fillets







In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard and water and set to one side. Meanwhile, in a small non-stick skillet, heat the oil over a moderately high heat and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and just cooked through; place the salmon on heated plates.

Next, add the honey glaze to the hot skillet and simmer gently for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, pour the glaze over the salmon fillets.
